Italian club Inter Milan are looking likely to win the race to sign Turkish defender Caner Erkin.
SportMediaSet.it reports that the Nerazzurri are showing significant interest in the 25-year old full-back who comes out of contract with Fenerbahce this summer.
Chelsea and Liverpool have been credited with an interest in Erkin, as have Bayern Munich and Roma, but it appears as though Inter may have stolen the march on their rivals.
Erkin, who has played for Turkey on 26 occasions, has previously played with Galatasaray, CSKA Moscow and Manisaspor in a career which kicked off in 2004.
