Real Madrid senior players support the disciplinary action launched against Isco.

Before his sacking, Santiago Solari demanded Isco be disciplined by the club for his behaviour.

The midfielder refused to travel with the squad on the team bus for last week's Champions League defeat to Ajax after learning he was not selected. Isco also wasn't seen at the stadium for the game.

However, his actions went further, as Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda said on El Chiringuito: "Isco had some words with the former coach.

"Solari was talking about the tactics and motivating the players and he heard a comment from Isco about the coach, and that is why he has been disciplined.

"He said under his breath: 'for what time you have left...' . It was the hard core of the dressing room that asked for the disciplinary action for the player."
