French pundit Daniel Riolo says Mauricio Pochettino should be PSG's top choice to replace Thomas Tuchel.

The former Tottenham manager is a former PSG defender.

And Riolo told RMC: "If PSG separates from Thomas Tuchel for a new coach next season it would be the best solution. We went around with him. Thank you sir. It was not a bad experience, it was positive at the start a little less after. I think two years is good. We can move on with peace of mind by saying thank you and without getting angry.

"There are guys who left PSG being more controversial where I really wanted him to leave. We have to turn the page and move on. I would like Mauricio Pochettino. He is someone who was marked by his passage in Paris and who always said that he would like to train the club.

"Obviously, he is in great demand by the guys from Newcastle, but if it does not happen and he comes to PSG I will be delighted. I like this guy and I think he would do us good. It takes a little more personality and character in the locker room and I think Pochettino would be superior to his predecessors in this respect."
