PSG star Neymar has made a fresh request to Real Madrid president Florentino Perez over a move this year.

The Brazil international is the subject of intense interest from Perez, who has been in regular contact with Neymar's father since his departure from Barcelona.

Neymar has been jeered by his own PSG fans since the New Year and has found the physical side of French football concerning.

Perez is ready to pounce and bring Neymar back to the LaLiga this summer and talks have reached the point where the attacker has made a request for a shirt number.

Local pundit Eduardo Inda revealed to El Chiringuito: "Neymar wants to play with the number 10 a year ago which James Rodriguez had.

"But it's Madrid, and this is going to cause a small circus."
