Chelsea are prepared to sell Eden Hazard to Real Madrid this summer - though not on the cheap.
That's according to Italian transfer expert Alfredo Pedulla.
Pedulla says Chelsea are determined not to go through the same scenario they endured with their former goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois last year.
Courtois ultimately joined Real from Chelsea for a cut-price fee having knocked back contract offers, threatened to run down his deal and gone AWOL.
Chelsea are eager not to be forced into selling Hazard as the transfer window winds down, even though a transfer ban will prevent them from snaring a replacement anyway.
And the threat of losing Hazard on a free transfer when his contract expires next year is also of concern.
Chelsea are, though, reluctant to do business for the £87m (€100m) Real had envisaged.
And they are therefore demanding Real stump up £104m (€120m) to ensure Hazard rocks up at the Bernabeu.
