Atletico Madrid face a fresh double dilemma over two of their star names.
Diego Costa, upset with the pay-rise of Antoine Griezmann, has been demanding a similar improvement to his agreement.
However, Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda has revealed Atletico have now pulled back from negotiations.
He explained on El Chiringuito: "Atleti has a problem, the renewal is stopped.
"Diego Costa ends is contract in 2021 and asks for €21m like Griezmann and they have said no."
Atletico management doesn't believe Costa's form since his arrival last January from Chelsea warrants such a pay-hike.
Meanwhile, Inda also revealed Jan Oblak's future could soon enter sharp focus.
He added: "Oblak wants to go to PSG and he has told them not to make any approach (in January). Instead they should wait and take him when he is free."
