Blackpool winger Thomas Ince is excited about his loan move to Crystal Palace.
The midfielder is happy to be part of Palace's late winter market business.
Ince said: "The games against Stoke and Hull at Selhurst and the one on Saturday will be vital for us and another one we will try to win.
"But the gaffer has come in and done an absolutely fantastic job. He's been there and done it. We've been hard to beat, but also had the ability to counter-attack. We could have got points against Chelsea and City. He knows what is best to get points. There is no better man for Palace to have in charge of the team.
"Palace are on the up and I'm proud to be part of that. We've brought in players, Scott Dann, Wayne Hennessey and Joe Ledley can only add competition and it's great to have."
