Sevilla coach Jorge Sampaoli says he wants to buy in January.
The Argentine took charge of Sevilla after Julen Lopetegui's sacking last month.
Asked what's needed, Sampaoli said: "Reinforce the areas. Improve the levels of forcefulness and the qualitative difference on the flanks.
"When I analyzed Sevilla in a previous era, I saw that with the solidity that Bono, the central defenders and Fernando gave, the negative result was not going to happen. Diego Carlos, Koundé, could sustain any attack from the opponent and on some stopped ball, The team drew or won. When you have that, those coincidences in time, a coach has his future assured.
"We need forceful forwards. In Sevilla that year they were Jovetic, Sarabia, Ben Yedder, Vitolo scored goals, even Franco Vázquez. Players who had a lot of ability to put you in front of the goal and win a game."
