Ilunga impressed by West Ham summer arrivals

Herita Ilunga is impressed by West Ham United's summer signing spree.

Close friend Frederic Piquionne, who the full-back played alongside for three seasons at French club AS Saint-Etienne, is just one of five new signings Ilunga believes will provide a boost to West Ham's chances of enjoying a productive 2010/11 season.

He told whufc.com: "We have a lot of good players coming in this summer, including Pablo Barrera, Thomas Hitzlsperger and Freddie Piquionne - who will all help the team. I know Freddie very well, but all of them will be good for the team. I think they will be a real bonus for us."
