Ilaix Moriba sat out Barcelona B's latest preseason friendly on Tuesday.

Sport says he did not feature even on the bench in Barça B's third preseason friendly of the summer against UE Olot.

Ilaix has been sent to train with the B team as the contract dispute goes on. He is out of contract in 2022 but his camp have rejected Barça's offers to renew.

Barça believe they want to leave for free next summer, when they would be able to pocket a large signing-on fee.

However, while he's training with the B team, he's not playing for them. He didn't feature vs. L'Escala or FE Grama, but did travel with the squad for a training trip to Vall d'en Bas.
