LA Galaxy striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is adamant Paul Pogba is the best midfielder in the world.

The pair spent two seasons together at Manchester United and share the same agent, Mino Raiola.

Swedish veteran Ibrahimovic declared: "Pogba is controversial, the media is always talking about him and I think it's about jealousy.

"He has a high salary and always plays the big matches and tournaments.

"He is the best midfielder in the world and because of that he has many haters."
