Wojciech Szczesny has revealed that he learned more from AS Roma manager Luciano Spalletti in less than half a season than he did in a decade at Arsenal under Arsene Wenger.
Szczesny joined Roma on loan from Arsenal last summer and the Polish international proved to be crucial in helping the Giallorossi earn a 3rd place finish in Serie A.
The 26-year-old has touched on his experience in the Italian capital and has gone on to state that he learned a lot more from Roma boss Spalletti in four months than he ever did at Arsenal.
Szczesny told Il Tempo: "I know where I will play next year, but I can't reveal it yet.
"If I stay at Roma, it'll be an opportunity to grow and improve even more. If I return to Arsenal, I'll make use of my experience in Italy.
"I learnt more in four months under Spalletti than in 10 years in England. He puts a lot of importance on details and wants the goalkeeper to be able to play the ball with his feet."
