Hull have made an approach to ChampionshipBristol City for their striker Jonathan Kodjia, Sky Sports understand.

Negotiations between the clubs are understood to be ongoing, and Derby County are monitoring the situation themselves with an interest in the player.

The 26 year old Ivory Coast international joined the West Country club from French side Angers last summer in a £2m deal, then scored 20 goals in 52 appearances for City last season.
