Hull City are interested in Newcastle United goalkeeper Fraser Forster.
The Evening Chronicle says Forster is wanted on loan by former Newcastle United assistant manager Nigel Pearson, currently on a recruitment drive ahead of a big season for the Tigers.
Alan Pardew has also insisted he wants the pre-season programme period to assess his goalkeeping situation.
However, with Tim Krul currently Holland's No 1, some observers feel there is a case to start the season with the man from the Hague.
