Hull City boss Phil Brown is satisfied with record signing Jimmy Bullard's progress as he battles his way back to full fitness. The £5m January signing will join his team-mates on next month's pre-season training camp in Italy to continue his rehabilitation.

And Brown told reporters: "From what I've seen he's definitely ahead of schedule.

"I wouldn't like to put a timescale on the injury but everything is going well."
