Hull City chairman Adam Pearson insists manager Phil Brown has every chance of keeping his job.
Brown is battling to impress Pearson following his return to the club to replace former chief Paul Duffen.
And Pearson says: "The players are playing for the manager, the crowd is behind the manager and so is the board.
"Hopefully, we will continue to pick up results and points, but if we don't, that situation changes.
"It is the same at every club, up and down the country."
