Hull boss surprised no movement for Jelavic, N'Doye or Hernandez

Hull City manager Steve Bruce is surprised that he has not received any offers for Nikica Jelavic, Dame N'Doye and Abel Hernandez.

Following their relegation to the Championship, the Tigers are looking to get rid of their high wage earners and as a result, the strike trio of Jelavic, N'Doye and Hernandez have all been made available.

However, Hull are finding it difficult to offload the three players due to the lack of interest in them and this fact has certainly surprised Bruce.

Bruce told the Hull Daily Mail: "At the moment those players are still with us. They're all very good strikers and I thought there would have been someone come in for them. It's surprised me that someone hasn't made a play for them. That hasn't happened yet but it's still early.

"Jelavic and N'Doye are with us and working hard like everyone else. I've got to guard against all eventualities. I've got to have things in my mind. If one of them goes, you need targets to come in to replace them.

"As I've said from the start, I'll not stand in anyone's way who wants to play in the Premier League. I can understand that but it's also my job to get the right deals for this club."
