Hull City boss Mike Phelan has won this season's first manager-of-the-month award.
The former Manchester United No 2 saw the newly-promoted Tigers bag an opening day 2-1 win over champions Leicester and a 2-0 victory at Swansea, before losing 1-0 at Old Trafford to Marcus Rashford's stoppage-time goal.
Manchester City chief Pep Guardiola, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte and United manager Jose Mourinho have each notched three wins from their three games.
But Phelan took the honour after defying both the turmoil of boss Steve Bruce's resignation and gloomy predictions over Hull's Prem future from bookies and pundits.
