Hull City boss Phil Brown insists their deal for Fulham striker Bobby Zamora is not dead.

"As far as we're concerned, the case is certainly not closed," Brown told the Hull Daily Mail. "His agent was at our game on Saturday and we discussed further the level of contract Bobby would expect.

"It's not dead at all, I haven't been told by anyone that the answer is no. For me, it's still very much alive."
