Hull City have agreed to pay Blackpool a compensation fee for Tom Ince.
The 22-year old winger joined the Tigers on a free transfer in the summer after his contract with the Seasiders expired but Premier League rules state that Blackpool were due a fee as he was under the age of 23.
An independent tribunal was put in place to determine the amount owed to the Bloomfield Road club and it has been reported that Hull will have to pay up to £2.3million for the former Liverpool youngster.
Ince has failed to make a positive impact at the KC Stadium since his arrival, making just eight appearances, and spending time on loan with Nottingham Forest earlier in the campaign.
