Hughes insists Watford mustn't carried away

Watford youngster Will Hughes believes his teammates must not get carried away with their 100 percent start to the Premier League season.

Watford have began the season in impressive fashion, winning their opening four games to go joint top.

A 2-1 win over Tottenham, who are fancied as title challengers, put them up there with Liverpool and Chelsea. But Hughes urges caution.

"It is brilliant but we can't get carried away too much," Hughes told the club website.

"You've got to enjoy it while you can because throughout the season we are going to suffer and it's not going to be straight-forward every week.

"It's four games in and we've seen last year that there's a lot of quality teams in this league – it's not going to be easy to carry on this run – so we've got to keep our feet on the ground."
