Chris Lowe is on the brink of leaving relegated Huddersfield Town.

BILD says the German fullback was undergoing a medical with Dynamo Dresden yesterday.

Lowe, 30, still has a year on his Terriers deal and Dynamo are prepared to cough up a fee to smooth the transfer. Huddersfield aren't expected to stand in Lowe's way.

The defender won the Bundesliga title with Borussia Dortmund in 2012 before moving to England after a spell with Kaiserslautern.

Lowe has had three seasons with Huddersfield.
