Huddersfield Town boss David Wagner admits there's now a "belief" that they can stay up this season.
The Terriers thrashed Watford on Saturday to go to 21 points so far this season.
"Before the season we hoped we could survive," the German says. "But since a couple of months ago, we have the belief that we can do it."
Terriers midfielder Jonathan Hogg agrees with his manager.
"We do believe. Why not?" says vice-captain Hogg, who was also sent off to level the teams up on 10 men.
"The spirit is fantastic and we have quality as well. We just need to take our chances in games. We did that against Watford. That was the difference."
