Huddersfield Town have a fee settled with Charlton Athletic for Karlan Grant.
The Sun says the Terriers have agreed a £2m fee for Charlton striker Grant to become Jan Siewert's first signing.
The 21-year-old was targeted before Siewert's arrival as David Wagner's successor but an agreement was only made in the last day.
He will now join Siewert's squad for the rest of the Premier League season when personal terms and a medical are completed.
Charlton had clubs including Rangers looking at Grant as he had just six months left on his contract at The Valley.
The ex-Cambridge forward has scored 14 goals in League One this season to put clubs on red alert over a January move.
