Eddie Howe is not undergoing new contract talks with Bournemouth.

The Bournemouth Daily Echo, a reputable source on Cherries affairs, have refuted the claims.

Reports had suggested Howe was going to sign a new £4million-a-year contract at Vitality Stadium.

Howe has been with the south coast club since 2012.

He also managed them between 2008 and 2011 and made over 350 appearances as a Bournemouth player.
