Outgoing Chelsea defender John Terry will not be joining Bournemouth, according to the Daily Echo.

Sources close to the Bournemouth based publication have suggested the speculation surrounding Terry's mooted move to the south coast club is unfounded.

The report states that the 36-year old defender is not on manager Eddie Howe's summer shopping list.

However, Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic and defender Nathan Ake - who has previously spent time at the club on loan - are both understood to be targets of the Cherries.
