MLS have released their updated list of player salaries - and as ever it makes fascinating reading. One major stunner is US international Stuart Holden's $34,728.75 salary he earns at Houston Dynamo. Holden has been one of the great revelations this season and his wages are in stark contrast to Dynamo's designated player, Luis Angel Landin.
