Gerard Houllier's expected departure from Aston Villa could see several of his backroom staff also leave.
The Sun says Houllier had another two years of an £8million three-year deal to run and although Villa will have had a medical clause written into a deal, he could walk away with around £2.5m.
He will not be kept on as a footballing director or any similar role, but could still be used in an advisory capacity to benefit from his wealth of knowledge of European football depending on the views of the new boss.
Assistant Gary McAllister, fitness coach Robert Duverne and first-team coach Gordon Cowans will also discuss their futures this week.
