Honduran international Melvin Valladeres has just completed trials with Tottenham.

Real Espana striker Valladeres was recommended to Spurs by his fellow countryman Wilson Palacios, and he travelled to England earlier this month.

He spent two weeks in North London, and he is now back in Central America - hoping he has done enough to earn a move to England.

"It was a nice experience for me," he told La Tribuna.

"I feel happy because I think I did a good job, but now the last word is with Tottenham and I have to wait, whilst keep doing my best for my current side."
