Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway hopes to keep hold of winger Wilfried Zaha beyond the January market.
Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham are all chasing the youngster.
Holloway said: "I've spoken to the chairman, we know where we are, we like Zaha and that performance is more like it.
"I brought him off last weekend, I don't think he played as well as that and I pointed something out and that was a great response from him.
"When he's got a smile on his face I know Palace have played well. The rest of the team do their job for them. He's a wonderful lad, he's had a hard couple of months and, hopefully, he'll have a hard couple of months on the run-in with us."
