Holland U21 coach Erwin van de Looi is backing Tahith Chong to make a big impact at Werder Bremen.

Chong has joined Werder on a straight season-long loan from Manchester United.

Van de Looi believes Chong can replace Milot Rashica at Werder. Rashica is expected to be sold in the coming weeks.

"Tahith and Rashica are not exactly the same player type. But he can replace him," said Van de Looi.

"At the beginning he may need a little more time to get started, but he has everything for it."
