Holland coach Frank de Boer is confident PSV Eindhoven fullback Denzel Dumfries can handle transfer rumours while at Euro 2020.

Dumfries' form has brought him to the attention of Bayern Munich and Manchester United.

De Boer said, "I do not really have these conversations. It's great for Denzel how he performed. When you play on a stage like this, you know that people are watching and some clubs will be interested in your achievements,

"You want to show yourself as best you can. This is great for everyone. So when there are rumours, it's normal, but I'm pretty sure Denzel can handle it. He knows why he's here and that's the most important thing. He will read about it, he will hear about it but I'm not afraid he will do strange things because of these rumours."

Dumfries has a deal with PSV to 2023.
