Arsenal defender Rob Holding says he and his teammates were keeping a close eye on PSG's clash with Ludogorets on Tuesday night.
The Gunners were busy dominating FC Basel in Switzerland to eventually come away with a deserved 4-1 win but required Ludogorets to get a result in Paris.
In the end, the Gunners victory and the 2-2 draw at Parc des Princes allowed the North Londoners to finish top of Group A, much to young centre-back Holding's delight.
"We'd seen the scores as they were coming in so we knew if we kept doing our job it'd take care itself, which it has done with the (2-2) draw down there so we're happy to come top," he told BT Sport.
"We've got a great squad here. There's quality all over in every position and when you get your chance to step in you've just got to perform to the best that you can."
