QPR winger Junior Hoilett is confident West Ham United midfielder Ravel Morrison can make a positive impact.
Morrison is set to join the Rs on-loan.
Despite his sparkling start to this season, Sam Allardyce finally had enough when Morrison refused to play with a slight groin injury that West Ham staff said should not keep him out.
"I don't pay attention to anything like that," Hoilett said. "I don't really know that part of him. I just watch his football. Hopefully he can help us get the promotion that we need. I'm sure he'll bring a lot of attacking flair and create a lot of goals for us.
"I think it'll be a great signing, especially if he helps us get promotion. He'll bring in a great threat in attack and get us more goals in the squad. I'll be delighted to work with him.
Hoilett added: "I've played against him a few times in reserve matches when I was younger, but never played with him. He was a fantastic player then, driving at the defence."
