Martell Taylor-Crossdale is leaving Chelsea for the Bundesliga.
The Mirror says England under-18s international Taylor-Crossdale, 19, will travel to Germany on Monday to undergo a medical and complete a move to Hoffenheim.
Taylor-Crossdale will follow in the footsteps of the likes of Jadon Sancho, Reece Oxford, Reiss Nelson and Ademola Lookman who moved to Germany to get more first team opportunities and boost their careers.
Fulham teenager Cody Drameh, 17, is another as he prepares to join Eintracht Frankfurt after travelling to Germany for a medical this week.
Londoner Taylor-Crossdale has been a prolific scorer through the various age groups and was the Under-18 Premier League top scorer in 2016/17 with 21 goals.
He will move to Germany after his contract at Chelsea expired and hopes game time and opportunities at Hoffenheim will reap rewards.
