Switzerland boss Ottmar Hitzfeld is convinced Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney will be rattled tonight by revelations about his private life. Hitzfeld says it is bound to affect Rooney's performance and believes that can help Switzerland pull off a major shock in their Euro 2012 qualifier tonight.
Veteran Hitzfeld, 61, the former Bayern Munich boss, said: "I'm no psychologist but, of course, such a thing like that will weigh on a player.
"But I expect Capello will let Wayne Rooney play because he's in great condition at the moment and a coach isn't going to pass on a player of his calibre."
