Russia coach Guus Hiddink is hoping John Terry stays at Chelsea.
Former Blues boss Hiddink, who retains an informal advisory role to Chelsea after returning full-time to his role as Russia boss, says he asked Terry to take new signing Yuri Zhirkov under his wing.
And Hiddink told Sport Express: "Chelsea have signed a great footballer and Zhirkov has made a big step forward in his career. I hope that Yuri adapts quickly to his new life and new team."
