Hibs midfielder John McGinn is a target for Bournemouth and Brighton.

The Daily Mail says McGinn is a £3million target for the Premier League duo.

Brighton boss Chris Hughton and Bournemouth's Eddie Howe have both enquired over McGinn's availability.

Hibs turned down two bids from Nottingham Forest last summer after pricing their star midfielder in the £5m bracket.

As he head into the final 12 months of his contract, however, they could be forced to sell for less to prevent a pre-contract scenario in January.
