Hertha Berlin have launched a bid for Watford attacker Dodi Lukebakio.

After a successful loan last season with Fortuna Dusseldorf, Lukebakio is a target for several major clubs across Europe.

BILD says Hertha have struck personal terms with the midfielder over a five-year contract.

And Hertha GM Michael Preetz has now approached Watford with an offer of €15m.

Should Watford accept the bid, Lukebakio would become Hertha's record signing. The previous mark was set by Davie Selke at €8.5m.
