Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson is set to sign a new contract at the club.
Henderson excelled on loan at Sheffield United last season, as they achieved promotion to the Premier League.
The young Englishman, who is with the under-21 side at the European Championships, will pledge his long term future to United in the coming weeks.
The Daily Mirror also reports that after signing his new deal, Henderson will seal another year-long loan at Sheffield United.
The idea is for the 22-year-old to gain first team experience in the Premier League, as United have David De Gea and Sergio Romero ahead of him in the pecking order.
Henderson will be hoping that another year on loan is all it will take for him to get the first team chance he craves at Manchester United.
