'Hello England! Be prepared' for Liverpool target Mario Gotze

Rumours linking Mario Gotze with a summer move to Liverpool continue to circle.

The attacking midfielder was again an unused sub as Bayern Munich beat Koln in the Bundesliga on the weekend and is believed to be seriously considering a summer exit.

A number of pundits are tipping Gotze to reunite with Jurgen Klopp at Anfield as the pair shared a very special relationship at Borussia Dortmund.

Former Norway international and current TV presenter Jan Aage Fjortoft suggested that Gotze would definitely be making the move to England to join Klopp at the end of the season.

It has also been suggested, however, that although Gotze and Klopp often keep in touch, there is no truth to the speculation that he will be on his way to Merseyside anytime soon.

Germany's World Cup hero Gotze has spent some time on the sidelines with a groin injury this term but has made just five Bundesliga starts for a total of 12 appearances in all competitions for Pep Guardiola.

It has become likely that he could leave the Allianz Arena despite the fact the Spaniard is leaving for Manchester City in the summer, with Anfield a possible destination.
