Di Francesco admits he's had a tough past two years in management.

After success with Sassuolo, Di Francesco struggled in jobs with Roma, Sampdoria and Cagliari.

"For a coach, the responsibilities are always there," Di Francesco said at a press conference. “What I like about this team, is that it already has a mentality that I want to keep.

“I have come from two bad seasons, and I really want to make up for it, it's normal."
