Hellas Verona have expressed interest in Antonio Cassano.

The former Inter Milan striker is a free agent after quitting Parma last week.

Verona coach Andrea Mandorlini said: "I never spoke about him with (Luca) Toni, although I know Antonio is a great player.

"We have to focus on the game against Genoa. For anything else, you'd need to ask the club."
