Helder insists Valencia face Atletico Madrid with 'great' confidence

Helder Costa says Valencia face Atletico Madrid this weekend in good shape.

VCF go into the game on the back of a thumping win against Villarreal.

On-loan Leeds United winger Helder said: "We know that the game will be of the highest difficulty. Atletico Madrid are a great team, but Valencia CF are also a great team and we are going to play to get the three points.

"The fans have always been behind us and they have not let the bad streak of results affect them, so we are counting on their support for the next game.

"It is a great fanbase that supports the team. I have already seen that when the team gives everything, the fans do not let us drop our heads. They are always there, from start to finish, like in the game against Mallorca when we managed to draw near the end. They are always there, supporting us, and that is felt by the team. We are all together. We are all pushing as one on the pitch, and we will fight to achieve our objectives."
