Heart of Midlothian are on the verge of appointing John McGlynn as their new manager today.
The Raith Rovers boss held the last round of talks with the Edinburgh club yesterday with reports suggesting he will put pen to paper today to become Paulo Sergio's replacement at Tynecastle.
McGlynn spent about a decade with Hearts as youth coach, first-team coach and caretaker manager and it is that experience and knowledge that has prompted owner Vladimir Romanov to make the imminent move.
