Ronald Koeman has been named new coach of Barcelona.

The former Valencia, Everton and Southampton manager leaves his role as Holland coach to take charge of Barca.

Koeman replaces Quique Setien after his dismissal on Monday.

Former Barca captain and European Cup winner Koeman has signed a deal to 2022 with the Blaugrana.

Barca announced this morning: “FC Barcelona and Ronald Koeman have reached an agreement for the Dutchman to take over as coach of the first team until June 30, 2022.

"The presentation and the press conference that will follow for the new Barça coach will take place today from 6pm at the Auditori 1899."
