Antonio Conte has highlighted Eden Hazard's willingness to work hard as the main reason for his upturn in fortunes of late.
The Belgian playmaker has been in fine form for Chelsea during their unbeaten start to the new Premier League season, scoring two goals in their opening three matches.
Hazard starred in Saturday's 3-0 win over Burnley, scoring the opening goal for the Blues, and despite being praised by pundits for his creative and attacking play, Conte preferred to focus on his work-rate and attitude.
"During the game I ask a lot of my wingers and usually after 70 or 80 minutes they are very tired so it's the right moment to change and put on fresh players to increase the intensity of the game," said Conte.
"Eden is a fantastic player, he has great talent and I know he is a good guy. As a boy he wants to improve, he wants to work very hard to improve himself and I'm pleased about this.
"I want to work with my players to improve them and to put them in the best condition. We have fantastic wingers, very good at one-v-one, and it's important to put them in the best condition."
