Chelsea are yet to formalise their interest in Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Kai Havertz.

While Chelsea are regarded as the Germany international's most serious suitors, BILD says no official approach has been made.

The Havertz camp, meanwhile, wants to meet Bayer in the next few days for talks about the future.

The 21-year-old wants to leave Leverkusen this summer.

However, Bayern Munich is no longer a customer for financial reasons. In addition to Chelsea, Real Madrid in particular is considered a promising candidate for Havertz.
