Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew knows there is plenty of improvement to come from star winger Yannick Bolasie.
The 25-year old DR Congo international scored an 11-minute hat-trick and provided the assist for Glenn Murray's opener as the Eagles demolished Sunderland 4-1 at the Stadium of Light on Saturday.
In the wake of Bolasie's sublime performance, Pardew feels the Plymouth Argyle and Bristol City forward still has some improving to do.
He said: "It was a special day for Yannick. He will grab all the headlines and that's quite right.
"I still think he's got some improvement to go, but he's getting there."
This season, Bolasie has four goals and six assists for the 11th-placed Eagles.
