Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl is working hard on the club's restructure for the coming season.
The St Mary's team have added Matt Crocker as a director of football operations.
They are hoping to make other shifts as they streamline the structure to give as much help to the manager as possible.
Hasenhuttl is a big part of driving the change, per the Daily Echo.
He has been creating a coaching and training blueprint for the academy teams, which he calls an iBook.
Other changes may involve the scouting system, along with the medical and sports science departments.
Southampton wholeheartedly believe in Hasenhuttl's vision and want to give him every possible tool so he can succeed at the club in the coming years.
